Corvid plugin release
Corvid is a Grasshopper plugin for record keeping.

Among the most intelligent birds, members of the Corvidae family (crows, ravens, magpies, etc.) have sharp memories and are known to remember faces and form episodic memories. Corvid is a Grasshopper plugin reveals information about users, including their avatar images from the McNeel forum. You can also access information about the active Rhino document and the active Rhino license, as well as read and write document user text.

One of computational design's biggest issues is record keeping. Version control, long a fundamental part of other development processes, has yet to become widely available for computational designers. Corvid doesn't solve the version control issue, but it does add some handy tools for record-keeping in Rhino/Grasshopper.
In combination with other plugins such as jSwan, it's possible to embed a lot of structured information in the Rhino doc with Corvid. You can use this plugin for tracking edits to the Rhino model, storing user information, or any other sort of record keeping when a Grasshopper script interacts with a Rhino document.

Corvid also exposes the powerful Section/Entry paradigm for document user text in Rhino, allowing for greater control and flexibility when managing complex arrays of user text.
